FAQs
What If Elizora hair color doesn’t fully dye hair or beard?
If our hair color doesn’t fully dye your hair or beard, it's likely due to improper mixing or application. To ensure the best results, make sure you use equal quantities of colorant and developer. After mixing, apply the mixture to your hair and beard and ensure it properly coats each hair strand. Some people have coarser or thicker facial hair, which may require more thorough application. After application, leave it on for the recommended time to allow the color to fully develop.
What if the hair color does not color my hair in given time?
If you have coarse or hard hair, such as beard hair, it might take a little extra time for the color to appear. Beard hair typically has a rough texture and may not lay flat, so it's important to apply the mixture properly to ensure it adheres well to the hair. Also, make sure you’ve taken an equal quantities of colorant and developer, mixed them evenly, and applied them thoroughly. If these steps are followed, the color will develop—just give it a bit more time if needed.
Did our hair color stain the skin?
No, our hair color is designed to not stain the skin. Make sure to apply it only to your beard and hair. If color comes into contact with your skin, be sure to wipe it off immediately. Below the beard and on the scalp, our formula won’t color the skin.
What's a skin allergy test and do I really have to do it?
Hair and beard color products can, in some cases, cause someone to have an allergic reaction. Our ammonia-free hair color enriched with argan oil and plant extracts, is designed to minimize allergic reactions. However, we recommend performing a patch test before use to ensure your skin's safety. Simply apply a small amount behind your ear or on your forearm, leave it for 48 hours, and check for any redness, itching, or irritation. If no reaction occurs, it's safe to proceed. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Why are gloves included in the packaging of Elizora hair color, if it doesn’t color the skin?
Gloves are provided for the safety of your nails and pores. While our hair color does not stain the scalp or the facial skin under the beard, it can color your nails if it comes into contact with them. Wearing gloves ensures that the color doesn’t seep into your nails and cause unwanted staining. For this reason, it is essential to wear the gloves included in the packaging during application.
